Hello , 

I am Raghuraman Ramasubramanian. You may know me for my eclectic personality , engaging performances, live and studio mixing engineer, live production manager  and stage tech, who is hoping to captivates audiences , listeners or the production of your next performance with a passion and commitment that is only geared to deliver the best experience possible.

 i Was born with an innate passion for sounds, my musical journey is deeply rooted in my family's rich tradition where music seemed to connect everything but ever so subtly. Growing up in an environment filled with the melodies of South Indian, Western , Bollywood and Electronic music,  my attraction towards music was ignited at an early age. 

To be honest , I discovered the Guitar By Accident , In fact the first instrument i tarted learning was the Veena, a traditional South Indian instrument focussed on the indian classcal system of musical education. It wasn't long before i picked up my tail and ran from these class as i found the teacher to be too strict. Ironic , I know. 

Fate intervened many years later and introduced me to a new musical love. At the age of 18, while residing in Hyderabad, India , I stumbled upon a neglected guitar in the recreation room. From the moment my eyes fell on this and my fingers touched the strings, i was captivated by the instrument, unsure why but it has set me on a journey to discover this very thing. Over the years, Ive honed this skill set, drawing inspiration from a diverse array of musical genres and artists ,which effortlessly traverse across jazz, rock, fusion, and many more.

My journey as a educator musician led me to the first Indian to teach at two of India's premier Western music schools. Drawing from my own experiences as an autodidact, my innovative teaching methods and profound understanding of music theory left an indelible mark on students.  This commitment to excellence led me to being one of the primary contributors to India's first syllabus for a Bachelor's in Music program acknowledged by the Government of India.

I am also very involved in the world of live production and technology. As a Tech and Production Director for large-scale shows, I have played a pivotal role as Producer , Show Drector and Performer in all the shows ive played in since 2018. I've been working closely with acclaimed artist Lucky Ali Since 2017 , contributing my musical expertise to create unforgettable performances that leave a lasting impression on audiences everywhere. I've Had the Honour of sharing stage with a diverse array of artists, including Sid Jacobs, Luiza Sales, Esther Rojas, Jeoraj George, Sharik Hassan, Yati Durant, Yann Phayphet,  Sonu Nigam, Sanjith Hedge , Suresh Peters  and Many others.  

Whether I am on stage or behind the scenes, I am devoted to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in music, inspiring fellow artists and audiences alike with a boundless creativity and passion.
